Looking at the lilies of the fields

A spiritual retreat at Colomba le Roc

April and May are the months when an amazing variety of wild orchids can be seen to flower in the Lot area of France.

Inspired by Matthew 6: 25-34, and particularly the verses :

”See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labour or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendour was dressed like one of these.  If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you” 

This 4 day retreat will include:

-          discovering different orchids in the local woods and fields

-          a day’s walk on the camino giving special attention to orchids on the path

-          meditations or spiritual activities around the theme of “not worrying” and “ looking “

During your stay at Colomba le Roc all your meals will be catered for.

It is possible to add a night or two extra to your stay with your own program.

Costs for retreat (5 nights):

One person  per room                                     Euros 450.-

2 Persons sharing room (double bed)             Euros  610.-

Per night extra, including meals:

1 Person per room                                          Euros  85.-

2 Persons per room     (double bed)               Euros 110.-
